Postpartum Support
The first few weeks and months after your child is born is a time of enormous adjustment. As a postpartum doula, my goal is to provide support so that you may bond with your baby, let familial roots grow deep, and allow space for healing and rest. We will work together to find care that is catered to your and your family’s specific wants and needs.
Postpartum services include:
1 pre-birth meeting for postpartum preparation.
Lactation consultation - I am a Certified Lactation Consultant through Empire Lactation.
Postpartum healing - Preparing sitz baths, light massage, pelvic floor care,
Newborn care - Helping you with baby’s first baths, answering questions about tummy time, etc.
Sleep - While I am not a Sleep Consultant, I am here to discuss sleep strategies for your family.
Emotional processing.
Healthy meal prep for you and your family.
General home care - Washing bottles, folding laundry, etc.
The list goes on… Every family is different and we will find what works for you!
