Continuous, compassionate care throughout your pregnancy, labor, and birth. I’ll be by your side to offer emotional grounding, physical comfort, and evidence-based guidance—helping you feel confident and supported as you bring your baby into the world.

Pricing
I offer a sliding scale and birth clients are asked to choose the fee that best suits them financially. Please note that the level of service remains the same regardless of the fee selected.

I firmly believe that all birthing people deserve birth and postpartum support, regardless of your current financial status. All of the listed packages are suggested rates. If you are unable to pay the rates listed below, please reach out regarding payment plans and pro-bono availability.
If you are able to pay the top-tier rate, please know that part of your fee goes to supporting low-cost and pro-bono clients.
Postpartum Support
The first few weeks and months after your child is born is a time of enormous adjustment. As a postpartum doula, my goal is to provide support so that you may bond with your baby, let familial roots grow deep, and allow space for healing and rest. We will work together to find care that is catered to your and your family’s specific wants and needs.
Postpartum services include:

Lactation education and guidance. I am a certified as a lactation consultant by Empire Lactation.

Focused on for siblings to help them adjust to a new family member. List of childcare references available upon request.

Preparing a sitz-bath, caring for your pelvic floor, finding strategies to assist with sleep, and more.

Healthy meal prep for you and your family.

Taking care of your home - Folding laundry, cleaning, whatever may need an extra set of loving hands (while you rest)!
