Birth Doula Packages
Continuous, compassionate care throughout your pregnancy, labor, and birth. I’ll be by your side to offer emotional grounding, physical comfort, and evidence-based guidance—helping you feel confident and supported as you bring your baby into the world.
A standard birth package includes:

Prenatal 1 - Getting to know each other: A comprehensive overview of your fertility and pregnancy journey, including any needs and desires regarding your birth and postpartum period.
Prenatal 2 - Planning & Understanding: Childbirth education, making a birth preference plan, & more
Prenatal 3 - The Dress Rehearsal: This prenatal is in-person and at your home. We will cover hands-on comfort measures, labor positioning, partner support, preparing for early postpartum, lactation/baby feeding, & more.

As your doula, I provide regular, on-call hours from 10-5 on Monday-Friday for all of my clients.
Starting at 38 weeks, I am on-call and available for you around the clock!

The moment you go into labor, I am available for you and will guide you every step of the way - from your first contraction until 1-2 hrs after your baby is born and your family is settled.
I will advocate for you and your family - I work for you and with your provider(s) to help you feel as grounded and empowered as possible during your labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period.
I have attended over 120 births, and every single birth has been very different from the last. For more information on what comprehensive labor support looks like, please book an intake call.

Birth Pricing
I offer a sliding scale, and birth clients are asked to choose the fee that best suits them financially. Please note that the level of service remains the same regardless of the fee selected.
Please note that any amount paid over $3,500.00 goes to supporting low-cost and pro-bono clients.
Sliding Scale Fee: $3,500 - $5,500
I firmly believe that all birthing people deserve birth and postpartum support, regardless of your current financial status. If you are unable to pay the rates listed below, please reach out regarding payment plans and pro-bono availability.

Postpartum Support
The first few weeks and months after your child is born is a time of enormous adjustment. As a postpartum doula, my goal is to provide support so that you may bond with your baby, let familial roots grow deep, and allow space for healing and rest. We will work together to find care that is catered to your and your family’s specific wants and needs.
Postpartum services include:
1 pre-birth meeting for postpartum preparation.
Lactation consultation - I am a Certified Lactation Consultant through Empire Lactation.
Postpartum healing - Preparing sitz baths, light massage, pelvic floor care,
Newborn care - Helping you with baby’s first baths, answering questions about tummy time, etc.
Sleep - While I am not a Sleep Consultant, I am here to discuss sleep strategies for your family.
Emotional processing.
Healthy meal prep for you and your family.
General home care - Washing bottles, folding laundry, etc.
