Hi, I’m Rigel!

Update - I have recently relocated to the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire and will be taking postpartum, lactation, and perinatal fitness clients through the summer of 2024!

I founded Orion Doula Care in 2020 and since then have supported over 100 births and 120 postpartum clients as a full-spectrum doula, perinatal fitness coach, and lactation consultant.

I am currently booking birth and postpartum clients through the winter of 2024. I look forward to meeting you!
